IS THE BLUE JOURNEY SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

All safety measures have been taken in accordance with the standards for your holiday on the blue cruise boats. There are enough life jackets, life buoys and life rafts in line with the boat's passenger capacities. At the beginning of the season, all these equipments are checked by land - sea surveys and the coast guard performs routine inspections during the tour. In addition, our licensed crew have qualification certificates. All of our boats that we rent are suitable for children of all ages. It is always our recommendation, especially for small children, to be under the control of their parents.

HOW CAN WE FIND THE BOAT WE HIRE AT THE PORT?

The captain and our office team will provide you with the shopping list and preliminary information, as well as the necessary information about the location of the boat port, 1 week before your arrival date on the agreed-upon boat. WHAT IS DONE ON BOATS INCLUDING COVID 19 MEASURES?

Our boats are disinfected in detail and meticulously with special machines at every guest change. All our crew and captains have been regularly vaccinated against covid. In addition, there are hand disinfectants, masks and gloves where you can see them on the deck. With the changing pandemic conditions, our crew takes every precaution for you.

DO YOU HAVE AIRPORTS TRANSFER?

If our guests have a private vehicle transfer request, we arrange transfers with luxury vehicles to their boats or to the place they want to reach, by picking up our guests from the airport or any place they wish, with the vehicle transfer companies we have contracted with. Fees vary according to the number of people and distance. We recommend that you get information from our office team about this issue and make your reservation in advance.

ARE PASSENGER AND BOAT INSURANCE?

Yes. Our boats are subject to the declared current market price and our passengers are subject to 3rd party liability insurance. Insurance conditions and scopes of each boat vary. For this reason, we recommend our guests to take out their own travel insurance.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT MADE?

After the official rental agreement of the requested boat is signed and stamped, 50% prepayment is made for the reservation confirmation and the remaining payment is collected in cash at the entrance of the boat. We do not have a credit card payment method. You can make your payments by transfer to our bank account numbers or in cash.

CAN I TIPS AT THE END OF THE TOUR?
As in all service sectors, it is appropriate to give a tip of 5% - 10%, depending on your taste, in the blue voyage and boat rental sector.

ARE CHILDREN AND BABY ON BOATS?

Yes, all our boats are accepted. But it should be known that children and babies are also counted as passengers, so you should not exceed the boat capacity. In some of our boats, there may be nets surrounding the railings for safety purposes. If you have a request in this regard, please contact us in advance. In addition, we would like you to know that our crew will not be able to spare time for your children in the busy working system that finds long hours. Small children must be under the supervision of their parents.

DOES THE BOAT HAVE FOOD CHAIR OR BABY BED?

Unfortunately, it is a detail that is not found on most boats, but if you request, we can provide it as an island yacht sailing team and have it ready.

CAN WE TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER ALL NIGHT?

The power of the air conditioning system on the boats is provided by marine generator systems and nourishing fuel. The use of air conditioning is restricted by the circular issued by the port authorities after 00:30 due to the disturbance of the generator noise to other boats. In addition, the rental prices of the boats include an average of 3.4 hours of air conditioning per day, and you can discuss your requests for long-term use of air conditioners with your captain. IS THERE A COMPLETE FEMALE STAFF ON BOATS?

Unfortunately, there is no crew consisting entirely of female employees on the boats in our fleet. In some of our boats, we can have a female captain, female cook or female stewardess. However, there is no charter boat where all the crew is female.

CAN THE CAPTAIN LEAVE US ALONE ON THE BOAT IF WE REQUEST?

As Ada yacht sailing company, we never recommend or prefer such a situation. In the face of any negativity that may occur, your safety may be endangered and we may face very serious sanctions. None of our captains and personnel leave their boat for a long time.

CAN WE BUY OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE OURSELVES?

Yes, our office food department or the cook of the boat you have rented will contact you in advance and share the necessary list of needs with you in line with your requests before your boat vacation. In this direction, you can do the shopping if you wish. Or, after your list is determined, our boat team can provide all the food materials on your behalf and have them ready on the boat on the day of the tour. Our staff will perform your cooking, presentation and service on boats with chefs.

DOES GUESTS BUY CLEANING MATERIALS?

The price of the boat we rent on your boat holiday; The captain's home port includes fuel and personnel services within the route area, and food and beverage shopping (stock) belongs to the guest. You include basic necessities in this shopping list. Such as napkins, toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid and cif. These materials are included in the grocery shopping in accordance with the number of rental days and the number of people.

WHAT CAN WE DO IF OUR QUANTITIES RUNS DURING THE TOUR?

Yes, according to the route you choose, there are mobile market boats such as Carrefour and Migros in the bays. The boat captain and his crew provide you with the support on this issue on the boat.

CAN WE ENTER THE KITCHEN DURING THE TOUR AND DO WHAT WE WANT?

Unfortunately, due to the limited square meters and cabinet structures on our boats, our cooks do not prefer our guests to enter the kitchen. However, if there is a very special dish for you, you can cooperate with our cook without disturbing the current workflow. Since we know the sensitivity during the preparation of baby food, such a rule does not apply to our mothers.

HOW IS THE ROUTE DETERMINED?

The cruise of the boats within the route where the departure ports are located is called the Main route, and the route to be made to a different region if requested is called the Remote route. This fuel planning and calculation is communicated to you by our captain.

As an example; The main cruise route and route of a boat you rent from Fethiye harbor is limited to fethiye-gocek bays. If there is a request for a remote route from Fethiye to Marmaris or Kaş regions, the guest is obliged to pay the boat fuel.

HOW MANY PLACES DOES OUR BOAT ANCHOR THROUGHOUT THE TOUR?

Anchoring in 2 or maximum 3 different islands or bays during the day is the ideal number to ensure that all our crews provide quality service to you. Of course, 5-6 anchoring requests can be met in order to see more places, but there will be disruptions in the routine work of all personnel during navigation and maneuvering. In such a case, less variety and late meals will cause an unplanned and unhealthy cruise route and a holiday that ends without resting. For this reason, most of the rental boats anchor and cruise in 2 bays a day.

DOES THE BOAT WE HIRE GO BACK TO THE PORT IN THE EVENINGS?

No, overnight stays are made in the islands and bays. Entrance to the boats is usually at 14:00 at noon. Within the planned route, we anchor at 2 bays a day and spend the night in these bays. Your return to the port is only at 09:30 the morning after your last night, at the time of departure from the boat. WHAT SHOULD WE TAKE WITH US DURING THE BLUE TOUR?

First of all, we recommend that you do not forget the necessary medications according to your health status. Bring a jacket or sweat-shirt in case it might be cold in the evenings, sneakers if you want to go ashore and go hiking, sea shoes if you prefer to swim in shallow water, a professional mask and flippers if you are interested in the underwater world (professional equipment is available on the boats), and a sleeping bag if you prefer to sleep outside. We recommend that you bring your luggage and use as few and small suitcases as possible considering the cabin widths. We recommend that you remember that large suitcases and large items will restrict your living space and mobility on the boat.

CAN WE USE SHOES OR SLIPPERS ON THE BOAT?

The interior and exterior areas of our boats are carefully cleaned at every guest change and during the tour. Considering the special floor materials such as teak, fiber, the soles of our shoes can damage the boat floor. You can use soft and flat-soled shoes or slippers.

CAN WE SMOKE CIGARETTES OR HOOKAH ON THE BOAT?

It is not possible in the interior living areas of boats. There is no problem in smoking or smoking cigars outside in windless weather. However, our captains may warn you to smoke at the table in windy weather. The hookah is not suitable and prohibited as it may fall during swing and the embers may damage the deck.

ARE THERE A SHOWER AND TOILET?

CAN WE CHARGE PHONE, TABLET, LAPTOP?

Our boats are powered by the engine, generator and solar panels. All our boats are equipped with equipment that will not harm our guests. You can see this in the boat equipment you can rent on our website.

ARE THE PHONE LINES ACTIVE DURING THE BLUE TOUR?

Our guests do not have line problems on our routes. There are seldom areas of low signal, and there is no problem communicating.

DOES THE BOAT HAVE WIFI-INTERNET?

Today, internet service is provided in most of the middle class and above boats. In order to get precise information, you can see whether the boat you rented has internet feature in the details. In many of our boats, this service is provided from superbox boxes.

IS INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE IN ALL COLORS?

Yes, we can get internet service in almost all bays. WILL WE BRING TOWELS?

All of our boats have hand and bath towels. Beach towels and loincloths are a service available on middle class and above boats. You can learn this information from the details of the boat you have rented.

WILL WE BRING OUR PILLOWS AND PICKS?

CAN WE FISH DURING THE TOUR?

Yes it is possible. There are amateur fishing gear on our boats. However, we recommend that you bring your own professional equipment as this equipment is used by many guests, especially children. We also ask you to be careful about contamination caused by bait, fish blood or scales.

CAN WE USE THE BOAT'S SERVICE BOAT FOR FISHING?

Service boats on our boats are available to be used in rope mooring, guest transportation and extraordinary situations. The boat is the main part of the boat and is not allocated to the guests except for the special obligatory needs of the guest.

ARE THERE DANGEROUS LIFE AT SEA DURING A BOAT HOLIDAY?

As in the seas in every region, it is possible to encounter jellyfish periodically. Although it is not a very poisonous species in our country, we recommend that you do not be in contact with it. In our country, no example of a harmful species attacking people has been encountered in the southern Aegean and Mediterranean waters. In case of a health problem, our personnel with first aid training will do the first intervention. First aid kits are available on all boats and regular checks are made to ensure that expired or declining products are supplied. At the same time, wherever we are, we can request assistance from the coast guard at any time of the day. In emergencies, our captain calls the coast guard and sea ambulance.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO AGAINST SEA-Sickness?

There is medicine against seasickness on our boats. However, if you have experienced seasickness, we recommend that you bring medicine and special bands with you. We also recommend that our guests who are sensitive to seasickness do not stay in the inner deck and cabins while the boat is cruising.

WHAT EXTRA ACTIVITIES CAN WE DO DURING OUR HOLIDAY?

You can have one or more dinners suitable for your route at the island restaurants.
You can take nature walks on the island and in the bays. If you have a fishing rod or knowledge, you can fish with a speargun.
You can visit the ruins within your route. In some bays, you can buy products that are produced and harvested by the villagers themselves (honey, oil, cheese and milk varieties, fresh village eggs, etc.).
You can participate in scuba diving or tourism activities in your tour area. (such as paragliding, jeep safer)
