Cancellation and refund conditions :
For cancellations to be made up to 90 days before the
tour date, 20% of the tour price is
deducted and canceled.
In case of cancellations made 60 days before the tour date, 30% of the tour price is deducted and canceled .
For cancellations made 30 days before the tour date, the deposit received will not be refunded. However, they can use the right to rent a boat that they have canceled by deducting
30% from the total tour price on the same boat provided that the new season prices are valid for the next year.
In case of cancellations made 14 days
before the tour date, the
full price of the
tour is requested.
In case of tour
cancellations, payment; is made within 30 days after the cancellation
date.
In cases
such as government travel restrictions and curfews caused by the effects of the global pandemic, the
tour is canceled and the deposit payment is refunded to the guest.
In cases such as cancellations made for
personal reasons (illness, funeral,
special reasons), the tour is not canceled, the deposit is not refunded, the
cancellation conditions written above are valid. However, if the person has contracted covid and shared the PCR test result with us, it is possible to postpone it to
a later date depending on the availability
of the boat.
